Q. When I am ready to book a removal, how much notice do I need to give?
A. Please book your removal as soon as you have a confirmed moving date, to make sure we have capacity that day. If, for some reason, you are unable to give us early warning, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Q. When do I need to pay?
A. The payment terms will be advised on your quotation.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept cash, cheque’s, debit and credit cards. Whatever your requirements, please feel free to contact us for advice, we’re always happy to help. Surveys locally in Nottingham are free of charge.

Q. How do removals companies usually charge for the services that they offer?
A. More often than not, a removals company will bill you for the weight of the boxes moved and the distance travelled. There are other, cheaper options such as a man and van operation which is suitable for small moves. These services providers usually have a per hour, per man rate.


Q. How long will it take for
the removals company to transport my things from my old house to my new home?
A. This depends on the size of your shipment, the distance between your old house and your new home, as well as the weather conditions during the date of your move. If you are only moving for a short distance and your all things can be hauled by the truck in one trip, removal time will be dependant upon individual  client requirements.

Q: I cannot move into my new house straight away what do you suggest? 
A: We can offer short term storage at very competitive rates.

Q: Are my belongings insured? 
A: Yes. Against loss and damage whilst in our care.
